Pull these on for a muddy walk on the Downs, or for a slow Sunday at home with the heating low. They are mid-calf socks in fine Nordic stripes, with a block-colour heel and toe, and they sit well inside hiking boots or everyday shoes.
They are 70% baby alpaca, mixed with other fibres including acrylic and spandex for durability and stretch. They feel soft, keep your feet warm through winter and beyond, and they are machine washable.
One size fits UK 4 to 10, so they make an easy stocking filler for him or her.
